Also...  the following stat (player name removed) really skews the balancing ranking of the F7U. I want to know if it's really as nerfed as I predicted they made it, or if it's in fact somewhat decent.... but this player's spamming battle and pubbing out really kills the stat.

Even simply eliminating the single .4x% there, which is the lowest WR of the plane... and the largest sample... [but focusing on the % with accounting battles], you get 661/1176 battles won, for battles 10 or more....  = 56.21% WR. If I calculated the battles and even gave him that average WR, it would show 661+ 828= 1489... / 1176+ 1474 = 2650 ... =1490/2650=56.189 , or 56.2% WR, which is well above the ~50% it's showing now.

Why do I bother calculating this? Well, it's at least above average in terms of a moderate to competitive nature of play.  Of course, I gotta do this for every plane there is.

Reason for all this? I'm happy that we have a site that shows the top players at 10 or more battles for each plane... and is updating it. This allows me to decide what planes would be at least average to good in a moderate (pub) to competitive (CW/tournaments) nature of gameplay.

Note: I also always take outlier stats out of the picture, such as one person being 90% while the next highest is 70%, means that is extremely above the cut of players, and the lowest [if assuming massive #'s of battles] is the outlier of the bad players.

For Top players, I think average kills per battle is an important factor to include.  Easier to judge if they are being carried to that win rate or not.
It would also be nice to see tracking of stats over time like win rate, damage per match, kills per match, ground targets per match  --> Set up as a line graph to show if a player has been improving over time, declining, or plateaued

Bug?: When examining a single player, the win rate increase shown next to the 1-7 day interval seems bugged. Same with Hit%

Question: Does hit percentage account for hitting ground targets and planes grouped together?  Is there a way to separate this stat for ground attack and hitting an aircraft?

Overall, I just love that the site is able to update waaay faster than noobmeter, and doesn't show the P38 line as unknowns

I love statics.

Assume there is player A who kills in average 5 per game and there is player B who always shoots down player A but nobody else.

According to statics player A is way better than player B.

And what player do you want on your side? Give me A, keep B.

One of my favorites:

A mathematician, a physicist and a statistician went hunting for deer.

When they chanced upon one buck lounging about, the mathematician fired first, missing the buck's nose by a few inches.

The physicist then tried his hand, and missed the tail by a wee bit.

The statistician started jumping up and down saying "We got him! We got him!"

Also, can you add 2 more decimal points for plane specific win rates?  IMO all % based statistics need to be represented as ##.##% (51.78%) to give an indication differences.  Makes a big difference when comparing planes that win a fraction of a % differently overall.

Edit: Is it possible to add the % of fights flighted for the main set of player stats?  It would be interesting to see how performance changes on a daily basis when flighted more often VS less often

Great work thus far!

Warplanes,

When I look at other pilots stats I see many different time slots for data (last 1 day, last 3 days, last 5 days, overall, etc.) but when I look at my own data I only see last 9 days and overall.   Is there a setting that I can change to make it so I can see those different time slots of data as well?  Thanks.

P.S.  Great site...gj.

Could this be coincidental?  Perhaps the black helicopters showed up at Noobmeter Inc for some "persuasion".

Could it be related to how often you fly? Do you fly daily for instance?

Not related to that since I've flown almost every day since this new data site came out.  And the "last 9 days" column keeps current.

Potential bug:  Last 2 days I've won 83.72% of my battles. However I don't show up on the main page under (Top Players - Yesterday).

Note: 10th place holds a 82% win/loss record. I played all of my games yesterday throughout the day over a 12 hour period.  Not sure where it traverses from one day to the next. I played from 11am to 12pm Eastern Time (-0500)

If i attempt to manually filter results:
When: Yesterday
Sort by: Win Rate
Min Battles: 10
The range goes from 94% to 71%. I am nowhere to be found...Same results if Min battles is set to 25.  I'm not even sure why my page shows these results over the last 2 days since I hadn't played at all on the weekend except for Sunday (07-27-14)

Fantastic site! Thank you. You guys just netscaped noobmeter.

Just to echo an earlier post, bomb and rocket kills would be an excellent addition. Maybe a Wall of Shame for ram kills, even though I'd probably be on it. I personally prefer per/game stats since there is such a wide variety of playing habits, it helps keep things relative.

So, do you guys play the game?

Thanks to this website, I just discovered that I am the best Type 224 pilot on the server, lol.  Talk about being a big fish in a small pool.  :medal:

Any idea why the site recognizes me as a player, but shows no stats for me at all?

Pretty cool site. A few little tweaks as some others have suggested, and it would be even better. Apparently even though I'm not too big on the new update, my stats like it better.

Ditto:  Not stats for me since the 1.5 patch.  Worked fine before that.
