What better way to spend this week than by earning Credit and XP multipliers for causing all sorts of damage!

Awesome! Thanks!

Feedback:

Perhaps the Foxtrot Tango Whiskey mission should have the survival requirement removed. For most players, getting 3 kills is an accomplishment on its own... getting 3 kills and surviving would be a really awesome achievement. 30% credit increase for most players either getting really lucky or having a brilliant moment is rather out-of-reach for the newer/less skilled players.

Cheers!
Glenn

GeorgePatton hits it on the head. 3 kills is a good bit of work for the average player, and there's nothing wrong with that.

The survival part may cause people to play unproductively. EI, get three kills and then stay out of combat for the rest of the game.

Is it 8 ground target points, or 8 targets?  ie do you need10 points if you have killed the HQ.

Considering HQ counts as 3 points, who knows. Thanks WG for another awesome special but I have to agree with Gorge on the idea about the new pilots will struggle to much to get the 3 kills and survive.

I don't mind having that criteria, but a 50% credit multiplier would be a better reward because for an average player, getting 3 kills, surviving, AND winning the battle constitutes a big task.

I think it will be difficult for most pilots, and the reward is a bit low for that difficulty.

However, it does encourage all pilots to try to survive - and that is a good thing. (In other words, don't change the mission - but a bigger reward might be nice.)

At this point - it doesn't matter - these are all for future variations of the mission.

We already see that with people getting one kill and then hiding for the rest of the match to grind the exp for the monthly mission(s). The top players will complete this task with ease just as they have already finished the missions this month for the two premium planes. Please set requirements that average players have a reasonable chance of completing, counting assists would help there. Another option that would help the average players is just requiring players to be in the top ten, kills or not for the 30% bonus. This has the bonus of not making bad play appealing.

I think this mission is just topping on the cake. It's not like the 30% increase makes you get rich. And I don't think whoever gets 3 kills will hide, personally I play more aggressive after three kills to get an Ace. Thanks WG!

The moth attractants are the monthly missions. The weekly missions are as Parisienne said frosting on the cake.

Foxtrot Tango Whiskey

Destroy at least three (3) enemy planes in a battle, then survive and win the match.

  • Tiers III - VII only

Great. More reason for the troll flight clan to fly high, stay high while their teammates get obliterated down below.

Thanks, WG.

love it  teir 3 vs 6 always fun the match ups are often hurting the lower tiers which gives them no way to complete the bonus, just a while ago I was playing aginst tier 8'sjets with my teir 5 with these match ups the grind is horrible, teir 2 vs 5 really not good.

The only reason a tier 3 would see a tier 6 is when they are in a flight with a tier 5 or 6.

Took a few battles with the 109b to get the FTW. A nice boost; thank you WG. Wulf

Just another prime example of unreasonable requierments vs rewards. 3 planes and survive? As others have pointed out is a task in it self and to only get 30% credit increase for doing it frankly is not worth the effort. These challenges should not be easy but the reward should be better 3 planes and survive should have a reward like 30% increase for credits and exp other wise it should have been just 3 planes for a 30% credit increase.

Are these challenges being dictated by Wargaming corporate or does WOWP NA have a say?

I played 21 games last night, but before I switched to the 109b I 2x'd my LBSh, BSh-1, TSh, Pegasus, P-51, P-38, Ao192, and FWulf.  So, 8 planes, say 13 - 14 games at 60%, leaving 7 or 8 to finally kill 3, win, and survive. And this with NO flights, and not my best pilot. That is not hard; that is easy, moderate at best. No need to go off about "dictates." Just fly half a dozen missions and collect the reward. Wulf

Im an average player 50.9% winrate, 1.27 kill/death ratio,

Ive completed this 8 times all ready today.  It really isn't as difficult as it sounds.

Those stats are misleading. On the Hryunometr, on its scale of 0 to 7 you are a 4 and your kill ratio on the lower tiers is way higher almost 3 to 1, clubbing baby seals this morning have we?

I have not played a tier lower than IV in a very long time.     In fact today I have only played tiers V VI and VII.   Thank you very much.

Also fixing your neg because you are entitled to your opinion be it right or wrong.
