The only disadvantage the plane has, is the massive wingspan that at Tier 3 seems to catch the oncoming German 20mm Fire....Otherwise, she is awesome!

So anyone interested in starting a Type 224 club similar to the Stosser club? It will include 100% more stiff upper lip, tea and scones!

Love it, would be happy to join such a club!

Dreaming of better days.  When this game had full matches, fiery dogfights, and hope for the future.

After a week of frustration with WoT I decided to come give WoWP my full attention this weekend.  I got this plane as part of my Razer WoT mouse bundle and oh what a joy I have discovered!

This plane is really awesome!  It's very enjoyable to fly and has a good mix of maneuverability and firepower.  Definitely a keeper and it actually is allowing me to enjoy WoWP.

I think Magus, we should make it instead of specific to a single type of plane, make a Rotary club of all the Rare Warbirds:

ME210

Type 224

Ki-33

FW56

Etc etc,

Hmmm.  I could get behind this idea, morphing the Stosser Rotary into a Pilot Rotary club, but the membership would need to get behind the effort as well; I wouldn't do it unilaterally.

Also, what qualifies as "rare"?  Beta Tester planes?  Alpha Tester planes?  How about the I-15bis DM-2?  Or the F2A-1 Buffalo?

It is a good plane. The only down side is that it has no flaps and it has a very poor roll rate. The massive firepower for a premmie is a major plus.

Sure if you want the i15 and F2a-1 in there too I would agree with that.

Where can I sign up to be a part of that club? :honoring:
