It would be most interesting to know more about how both the base crew competencies and the crew skills function. Because the skills advance slowly and the effects are subtle choices among the skills are difficult to make. What does it mean to be a 62% pilot versus, say, a 74% pilot? Is one aspect a delay or distortion in communications between player and pilot? Thank you. Wulf

I would like to know how camo works. Is it only a factor for ground attack flying low? What effect does camo have, if any, on foiling a gun attack?  How do distant vision and cameo interact? Is there any value to camo for high-flying fighters? Does camo effect radar at all? Is there a table of which map informs which camo treatment? Thank you. Wulf

Hi! I'm planning a large (no, LARGE) post on the whole visibility system. It will include camo effects. 

And thanks for the idea on skills/perks.
