Also, F7 (Clear my tail) and other shortcut commands are not appearing during the battle.

Just curious as to why it would take several hours before that can happen? Is there no one at the server location 24/7 that can reset it?

Seems kind of stupid don't you think? You're paying for a service & your server needs to be reset & you have to wait several hours before it can, thus losing your client money?
So since you think it's funny, you must also be ok with clients losing money as long as you are paid right? That is how you are coming off right now.
BTW, just because you may be an IT guy, doesn't mean you know everything.
