I've been away from this game for a while, But I'm curious about the game's population.

How many are playing, And is this number increasing or decreasing?

If you go to the general forums page, scoll down to the bottom.

It has population numbers broken down.

That is only the forum population not the in-game population. The ingame population has been slowly increasing although unfortunately there always seems to be someone trolling about how great the other game is.WT is what it is and WoWP is what it is, they are different animals trying to accomplish different things.

Actually, I bed to differ, Brushwolf.

I rend to play in the mornings (8:30AM EST to around 12PM EST). After the game went live, it was upwards of 900 players online.

Now, it's less than 500.

When I played at night, I would see around 1500. Before patch 1.1, I saw around 2000 on.

That other game has roughly the same number of players online at any given time.. Maybe even less. 30k online average worldwide, seeing as they all log in to the same hangar server.

Their US games are always seeing the same people vs. The same people.

Perhaps the numbers in the hangar then, up near the number waiting to battle?

That shows the number online at the time. Not the total number of wowp accounts.
