Have you ever loaded into battle after it started? it happens to me every now and then usually only a second or two after well this game just now in my Me 210 was really bad like 30 seconds into the game.....

So I'm sitting here banging my head against the computer screen trying to "will" the load bar into moving as always it's stuck at half loaded, when I notice the red on the map parts around my plane like the red sea(pun intended) so I think "Maybe I won't be dead when I get in ^.^"

So I finally load and I'm right over the enemy HQ Unharmed so I take it out lol,  Then look up to see a zero running away from me in a straight line(perhaps he thought I was chasing him?) so I gun him down and turn around to see 3 planes following our GA so I get the first two in my first pass and come back and kill their GA(who was also following ours.)

Then we won lol, anyone else have a story of a terrible game that turned out good?

I was wandering around in my 109E (the plane I'm most evil in) and I loaded late into a tier VI match. The first time I ever got four kills and a assist in that thing. Stock.

If you see a Panzer flying a 109, you are probably already dead.-Me.

I don't usually load in late, but one time I got disconnected and when I got back in I was one of two planes left. The last guy died but I was still untouched. I then managed to take out 2 of the 3 enemy planes but the last one got me. It was almost a victory! All the other times I die.

"The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire."
The three most common expressions (or famous last words) in aviation are: "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" And "Oh S...!"
"Airspeed, altitude and brains. Two are always needed to successfully complete the flight."
Flying isn't dangerous. Crashing is what's dangerous.
