Do we keep the IL-2 with rear gunner?
In case you don't know that plane, here is a link: http://worldofwarpla...s/ussr/il-2mod/

No, this is a plane that is being tested until release; however, you may be able to buy it after release.

That's a negative, Ghostrider.
Currently the only planes kept are the F2A-1 if you buy it and the I-15bis DM-2 if you got it on the 15 anniversary weekend.

Nope. The only planes we keep from Open are the Anniversary plane I-15bis DM and the F2A-1 Brewster if you buy it from the store. The planes we were given in the 0.5.3 update are planes for us to test and will probably be premium planes at a later date.

Flying isn't dangerous. Crashing is what's dangerous.

The IL2-mod is not on the official release tech tree, so when the game goes live you wont be able to get it unless it's added to the gift shop or made available in-game in a future patch.
As for the price, that's unknown at this time.

Not like that tail gunner actually does anything to help keep you alive anyway....

IL-2 (mod) has hilariously weak firepower which can barely bring down targets in a single pass, and it can only equip the especially weak rockets and bombs. Regular IL-2 is far, far better.
"Don't worry about me when you see me on the enemy roster. I'm completely harmless."

2x ShKAS and 2x VYa-23...
...guess the introduction of this thing nerfed the regular IL-2 using this setup...back before patch this setup can be used with little problem all the way to the IL-10...now the IL-2s need the big guns to deal any acceptable damage to kill ground targets effectively.
But the small bombs and rockets...I'll just fly the regular IL-2 if I want to do ground pounding at Tier 5, thanks anyway.

WoWP makes a great jousting game...especially with the 262 and people busy in furballs...
I am deaf, silent, and fly with unrealistic controls. Do not count on me to carry - my back's already broken from overweight.
