I discovered that this is the right post to post errors, I solved one. Now I need to know what happens with this

Nope, this is not the place to post error reports. Please submit a ticket to the support center, make sure to include the log file, dump file and dxdiag of your system in the ticket as well. Also try your best to describe the events surrounding the error and steps to reproduce it.

yeah so submitted a ticket a few days ago and still nothing heard back. sooooooo any help would be nice

Yo tengo el mismo problema, desde que salio la actualización de los aviones británicos que no puedo jugar, finalmente desintale todo el juego, descargue desde la pagina el cliente completo (5GB) mas la actualización manual (3.5GB) lo instalo bien, pero al jugar carga la primera parte y me da un error parecido al de este post
I have the same problem, since leaving the British aircraft update I can not play, finally you uninstall the game, download the client from the page completely (5GB) but the manual update (3.5GB) installed as well, but at play the first part load and I get an error similar to this post  (by google)

You will need to Submit a Support Ticket if you haven't already with any information they will need such as the dmp and last log as the error tell you of
After you reported it,try updating your graphic drivers and reducing your in-game resolution and/or Graphic Settings
the IntZ and ResZ are Texture Programs for ATI Radeon Cards

just downloaded and installed the game - i open the shortcut on my desktop and the app starts but all i get is a black screen with a white flashing window  - seem like i had the same issue after installing WoT - cant remember what I had to do to get it to work correctly...anyone elso have this problem. I have a Intel Corei7 at 2.3GHz with 24gig of RAM and an nvidia 660m graphics card with 2gig of ram...

 ok try this  make a new folder the you name your self with what ever naw you choose. try a fresh up install to that folder

 

    1    after the install is done click the lower world of worldplanes icon. this one will start and should look for updates if that fails

 

     2   goto the one higher looks the same but this one starts the game  without looking for any updates

 

 

if both the above fail shut down your pc wait a few mins say one song on your I pad ,then reboot / restart your pc like normal and try the first  step again

if that fails send in another support ticket out lineing that you have tried all the above ideas and they did not work ,and this is your second ticket submitted.

this give this give the tech a good feel as to anything simple  that was tried to date.

make sure they have your system specs  as this will aid them in collecting the date to make problem solving faster in the future.

I solved the issue - I was running on my integrated vid card instead of my add-on, once I switched cards it opened perfectly and I am playing...thanks for the tips and info...

I had same problem and managed to solve it so maybe it will help others as well.

I have crappy Intel GMA 4500MHD on my Toshiba. My drivers for card were from 2009 downloaded from Toshiba support site. I tried to update to latest drivers from Intel page but it refused saying I could update only with Toshiba drivers.

This is solution that worked for me:

1. Downloaded drivers in .zip from Intel page v. 15.​17.​19.​64.​2869 ( https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=Mobile+Intel%C2%AE+4+Series+Express+Chipset+Family&ProdId=2991&LineId=1101&FamilyId=39)

2. Went to device manager and uninstalled my display drivers (display gets very low-resolution after that) - if asked to restart just clickRESTART LATER

3. After few seconds Unknow device should appear - right click and choose Update driver software

4. Click on Browse my computer for driver software and navigate to Unzipped folder, subfolder Graphics (e.g. C:\Users\User\Downloads\Win7Vista_151719\Graphics)

5. Wait until installation is completed and then restart your computer (once or maybe twice because after first restart i still had low-resolution and Windows asked me to restart again).

6. After second restart I opened  WOWP directly (WorldOfWarplanes.exe not WOWpLauncher.exe)

 

Game does work now but even on ultra-low settings I get 7-12 FPS
