this gun spreads too big, i feel like using a USAS-12 with this gun.. very noticeable on A7M and J4M imo..
it seems cant hit anything at above 400m

It's not so much as the dispersion, it's probably more about the low RoF of ~500RPM. If you put less lead towards your target, it is only logical that you'll hit your target with lower frequency.
Do keep in mind that the Type 99-2 cannons have pretty high muzzle velocity to compensate for the slow RoF. That being said, the low RoF doesn't encourage long range shooting, but rather you won't have to lead your target as much in short range skirmishes.
