If you click on the Customer Support Center button and then click on My Tickets, it will show you all the tickets you have previously submitted and their status! Once you have submitted a ticket it may take a while for the support team to reply as they get hundres of tickets a day!
"It is generally inadvisable to eject directly over the area you just bombed."
"The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire."
The three most common expressions (or famous last words) in aviation are: "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" And "Oh S...!"
"Airspeed, altitude and brains. Two are always needed to successfully complete the flight."
Flying isn't dangerous. Crashing is what's dangerous.

Forum search will find this subject often, with answers.

Does your computer meet the system requirements? Please submit a ticket (Tech Support button upper right of forum site) and copy/paste your dxdiag info here, so we can know what your system specs are?

The failure to pop renders usually means your video card isn't capable of rendering the graphics.
my video card is 'Plug and Play Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce 7100 GS'. does that help?

Thanks! And you don't need to click status you just need to look under the headings for example I have a ticket I submitted;

Subject: x2 Experince
Sub-category: Game Support
Ticket ID: POJ-711-36142
Status: Resolved

The "Status: Resolved" means that someone had read my ticket and they have fixed or begun fixing the problem and of you click on the ticket there should be a reply there!

Also this isn't twitter! You don't need to make a post everytime you do something mundane! e.g. Taking a shower!

Have you worked out the ticket support system? :)

yes, but it still has to be checked by the people that get hundreds of tickets a day to them.

Give it a day or two and someone will be able to help you! I would but I have never had this problem so I'm at a bit of a loss. But if you want once you get into the game I would be happy to flight up with you!!

7100 GS is likely not going to run this game. Please do the following:

On your computer:

Click Start>Run> Type in dxdiag, hit enter.

When the DirectX Diagnostics utility opens up, click on Save All Information on the bottom. It will make a file on your desktop, named, dxdiat.txt. Open this file., a text file, and copy all of the text there.. and paste it into a reply here.
heres what it said:

Once you've been on the forums for a month or two you'll have plenty of friends!
