you get then from the game open in and you will see a LOG file go down to the latest one chcking the date and time (most time is right above the cleaner)

I am having this same problem. What do I need to do to fix this?

Submit a ticket.  Here are the instructions for doing so.

The files you need to attach are located in (default) C:/games/worldofwarplanes/logs
Every time you log in a log file is created.  They should be in order and the one it is looking for should be close to the bottom depending on how you manage your file folders.
The dmp file should have the same name as the log file with the extension .dmp instead of .log
Zip the log file before attaching them to the ticket.  to do this;

Find the file in C:/games/worldofwarplanes/logs
Right click on the file.
select "Send To"
Select "Compressed (Zipped) Folder"
It will compress the file to a suitable size for the ticket.
