Build: 0.5.0 Open Beta

When allies are attacking enemy structures, voice cues stop playing during the match. Once the match ends and displays the post-game results, each missed voice cue plays chronologically one at a time back-to-back. This may be due to location on the map in relation to activities that would otherwise trigger the voice cues.

Repro Steps:
  • Select the F4F Wildcat (or any plane possibly) and join a random battle
  • Engage with hostiles half a map away from ground objectives
  • Do not attack ground targets
  • Whether you live or die, stay in the match until it is concluded
Actual Results:
No match-related voice cues are heard once actual combat occurs. When the match ends, one or more voice cues start playing back-to-back (e.g., "Enemy Headquarters has been eliminated.").

Expected Results:
Match-related voice cues are played immediately when triggered during gameplay.

Notes:
  • This bug has been observed for each available map for tiers I thru V.
  • Only the American Carrier Fighters I thru V have been tested with this bug.
  • This bug doesn't occur when attacking structures, but this may be a coincidence.
  • This bug doesn't occur when near ground objectives that are being triggered, but this may also be coincidence.

This has been happening since closed beta, maybe even before?
I get the voices during the game, but do also get one after battle.
Such as match will end with end battle report open and the voice will either say "we're about to win" or we're about to lose.

Yeah, it's an odd bug indeed!

I don't think I'm the first to submit this, but I didn't see it in this forum. I would be surprised if they didn't already have this bugged in their database, but I'm not about to assume that and let this bug float into the ether.

Do they purge this forum with each new published build?
