Aka Stuka, the famous German Tank Buster!

Just thought I'd throw this out there. I'm sure WG is aware of this plane or someones already mentioned it. But its the biggest gap I see atm in the German line that makes it incomplete.

(<3 Love the look of this puppy and the gigantic guns!!!)

(Nothing against the NSDAP but I had to blur out the swastika via form rules.)

(Wiki statistics-Think they can add as prem, or heavy bomber)

Posted Image(This is the standard diving procedure for the Ju 87. Imagine a low flying plane instead of the dirty T-34)

There were so many variants and prototypes of this plane. It would make for a perfect addition for WoP

Thumbs up if you think this iconic plane should be implemented in the game!  :great:

Excellent possibility for a German ground attack line, though a complete Luftwaffe GA line would have to go against the current grain of single aircraft manufacturer that we now have in game and instead use a blend of Junkers and Henschel aircraft to flesh out a full tree.

Edit:

The Ju.87G's dual 37mm bordkanon would be trolltastic if Stuka pilots decided to dogfight with them.

Heck yah!  we already have planes with 37mm guns atm, like the XFL-1 and P-39Q. So why not? :S

Just wait till the Yaks show up.  The guns those things mounted were ridiculous, and probably why they haven't seen the light of day here yet despite being iconic Soviet fighters.

*cough* Yak-9K

And just in case you didn't know, the barrel is longer than on the Yak-9T:

And the shell the NS-45 fires is filled with 118g of explosive instead of the NS-37's 49g.

Look at your post.  Now look at Heh's post.  Now look at this post.  Now look at German heavies.  Now go fly a match against some Alpha and Beta Aces squadroned up with current Soviet ground attack aircraft and dogfighting with those cannons.

Your fears are already a part of the game.  Might as well throw some more variety into it.  Stuka vor!

Even then, a B-25 against jets? Adorably pathetic, as it will not stand a chance against the powerful revolver 20mm cannons and 30mms at that tier. Let alone the HG III's revolver 30mms.
