Personally, I have a completely different take.

I have noticed repeatedly, that just before a crash, my FPS drops below 15 and my ping rises well above 150.

This is a sure sign of an overloaded server or one with insufficient bandwidth.

I suggest you look at your resources rather then sending us on a wild goose chase

In your own words, the fix you suggest will REDUCE the problem not eliminate.

Ergo the fix is taking the heat of your servers.

Fix your end and our end will be just fine..

The game tend to crash each 3/4 battles.

I went all around the WG support operations until at last I got an answer  after a lot of messages ranging from the face palm level asking me about Vista and Explorer9 update after I have sent an extensive report showing I was using Windows10 64 and Firefox to some more pro answers such as the one about DNS flush.

The answer was about an upcoming patch to solve the .. well known "out of memory" error.

So, ATM, the best solution against crashes is to count the battles and restart Launcher and Game after counting up to 3/4.

You can use abacus, chips or coins to help remember the number ...

:sceptic:

Edit 2018 02 17 : my own  WoWp battles meter

Note1 : this tool is simple, reliable and adaptable.

Note2 : the berserker figure nearby is NOT is not part of the tool.

Nevertheless, this character who bites the top of his shield expresses well my state of mind about these repeated crash

WoWp battles meter © is working according to technical specifications. :teethhappy:

Wargaming.net Game Center on its side has a suspicious behavior.

As said previously, I am currently restarting the game after 3/4 battles.

To stop the game completely, I am also closing the Game Center.

In Windows Task Manager, I found that even when the game and the game center were closed the task, game center task was still running.

If you restart the game many times, you will get many game center task instances still running in the background.

So I will suggest to kill manually the game center task in the Windows Task Manager after having closed the game after having restart the game 3/4 times.
