put the files in a zip folder. Then you can send them :)

At the bottom of your message form, you should have multiple "Attach Files" Browse selections where you can select the specific files you need to send.

Hope that helps.

I had the same problem and here is the link to start and instructions from Support Tech.  When sending the .log file send the one from the day you crashed - for today (7/3/13) the file will be 130703_xxx.log
Best of luck and they are generally quick to respond.

Dear Player,
Thank you for contacting World of Warplanes support. We would appreciate it if you would help us to resolve this issue by getting some data for us, so we can send it off for a fix.
We would like to collect two pieces of information from you to help us diagnose the problem.
Please compile and send us a DxDiag report file so we may get a clear picture of your computer's characteristics.
To do this, please choose your Operating System and follow the associated steps below.
Windows XP
- Click «Start»
- Select and press «Run»
- Type "dxdiag" and press "OK"
- In the appeared window choose "Save all information"
- After you've saved the file, please attach it to your reply.
Windows Vista, 7, and 8
- On your Windows task bar, click «Start» (Windows icon usually in the lower left corner of the screen).
- Select and press "Run" (if you do not see "Run", hold down the "Windows" button on your keyboard and press "R"). A "Run" window should pop up.
- In the "Run" window, type "dxdiag" and click "OK". A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up.
- In the appeared window choose "Save all information".
- After you've saved the file, please attach it to your reply.
The final pieces of information we need are a .log and .dmp file for your game.
Log and dmp files can be found in C:\Games\World_of_Warplanes\Logs (.log files are named after the date, the log file for January 25th 2013 would be 130125_xxxx.log)
You may need to zip your log file to attach it. Details on how are here:
https://support.worl...olution-invalid
As soon as we have your DxDiag, .dmp, and .log, we will be one step closing to diagnosing and addressing your issue.
