I have decided to take a stab at this to help out the new Open Beta Testers and the old Alpha Testers / old Closed Beta Testers with getting them a forum signature.

To make this as easy as possible, the only customizable part will be your NAME, if you want the SMALL or LARGE version ad

*EDIT 7/2/13* Also with Open Beta and there is no way to tell if your a Open or Closed Beta Tester, I need to know which one of these you want and this will be "On Your Honor."

Sorry for this, but this will help with generating signatures quicker.

Now here are the examples of what they look like, there are 2 versions, Large and Small.

This is for the players that do not know how to add a signature to their profile. (SInce I have been getting a few posts and PMs on how to do this.)

First click on the drop down on your name in the upper right of the forums.  In that drop down select My Settings.


In My Settings select Signature on the left side column.  On this screen select the Picture Icon in the edit box (circled in red in the picture).


A popup should appear:


Paste the link that I provided to you for your signature request, click ok and it should paste the picture in the edit box.  Now just click Save Changes.

Sinister, great job and a very generous offer!

I like to play with photoshop a bit, though I am not very good at it. Perhaps you could post the large and small sigs as blanks(button with no letter, plain background and just the WoWP logo)?

Ok, zen1360, here is the deal.  I can zip up the PSD files and send you as is.  That way you can see how I worked each layers, and how I did them.  Also you can keep them where they are and just click on the "eye" to not display them.  That is pretty much how I changed between the Red and the Green, instead of having 2 PSD files for small and 2 for large, I only use 1 for small and 1 for large.

Now the Roundel (button), that one I made via the 3D portion of CS6 with the lettering.  That was the best way I could get the spherical look, so I will have to send you the PSD file for both the B and A Roundel in the 3D mode.  Then after making the sphere and colored it in 3D with the Lettering and got the lighting that I want to get the shadowing effect to get the round look as a flat image.  I then saved for web, then reopened the saved file as a regular picture in CS6 then added the Bevel & Emboss effect to get that border around it.

Anyone else can download this file and learn from it if they want, or want to recolor the signatures to something other then Green or Red.

I will tell you this, it took me 4 hrs in 3D to make the Coins and Animated them, which I used that knowledge to help make the Roundels (buttons), which that alone still to 30-40 mins to get it the way I wanted it.  Those 4 hrs taught me how to use the 3D controls, they are a pain to use, but once you figure that out, its not that bad.
