Select MY TICKETS

Select NEW TICKET

Select WoWP, Game Support, and input a brief description of the problem. Click CONTINUE.

Click PROBLEM NOT SOLVED

Fill out a thorough discription of the problem. Attach any files (screen shots, dxdiag, logs) pertinent to the bug being reported.

Check for replies. Often Support will require further information from you.
