There used to be a handy link but I can't find it anymore.  With all the FNG's coming I figured this information might be useful to them.

Click on TechnicalSupport Customer Service Center in the top right corner of this screen, or from in game press Esc, then click the Report A Problem button.
Submit ticket 1.png

Log in.  This should be your WoWP log in and password.
Submit ticket 2.png

Select MY TICKETS
Submit ticket 3.png

Select NEW TICKET
Submit ticket 4.png

Select WoWP, Game Support, and input a brief description of the problem. Click CONTINUE.
Submit ticket 5.png

Click PROBLEM NOT SOLVED
Submit ticket 6.png

Fill out a thorough discription of the problem.  Attach any files (screen shots, dxdiag, logs) pertinent to the bug being reported.
Submit ticket 7.png

Check for replies.  Often Support will require further information from you.

Thanks, I know I was having a hard time trying to explain where and how to submit a ticket.  Once you get to tech support it isn't crystal clear where to go next.  And I am notorious for forgetting a step (usually critical) while explaining it to someone else.  I hope this will eliminate that problem for me.

A quick note.  This process is too long, convoluted, and involved for most testers.  While I go through it to report bugs, I know from years of developing UIs and web sites that users are generally lazy, and when they click "Report Error" and then can't figure out the next step, they just close the browser and forget about it.  My recommendation for games going forward (such as WoWs) would be to have a dedicated web page linked directly from the game client, or a dedicated in-game-client screen that will allow the fast submission of bugs.  This is more inline with most other companys' Beta processes.  :)

Thanks for the tutorial.  While I had figured this out for myself, I still wasn't sure I was reporting bugs and problems in the correct place.  +1
