Me too! Someone please help. No idea how to fix, some guy said he even re-installed and it still isn't working, I tried ipconfig /flushdns on command prompt which usually solves WoT problems, but still nothing.

Yes I have the same issue as well. As soon as I finished loading the new updates on the 19th, I tried to play the game and it shows my hanger, and my planes at the bottom, and then just as it is about to fully open into my hanger, the screen flashes and an error message appears that says something about, "failure to render when there was no render package". I even spent 3 hours fully downloading the whole game again, and still did not work. I have sent in 2 tickets to the tech guys, along with my computer info and the requested game logs, and I am still waiting on a reply or a solution. Until then, I can't even play the game, or view it. Bummer

How do send in a ticket? Not like they are doing anything yet despite other people's tickets, but it may help. I have the exact problem.

Same here. I was searching for idea how to fix this error, but i cant find anything. :/

not that anyone has gone into a lot detail but be careful. As I stated above this is not in the beta section of the forum. To submit a ticket just scroll to the top of the screen and the link is at the top right where it says technical support service, sign in if you are not already, then scroll down to where you see, submit ticket on the right column.

I get this all the time now but don't expect any help...I never got help from them when I used the support forum.
Also, now I get a black background when I enter the game.
