So my mother accidentally deleted everything in my e-mail account. It had been a few days since I checked it, and I am known for being a little parinoid, so I was just wondering if there was any way to find out if I was accepted.

Now if you will excuse me, I have to go piece my life back together.  :Smile_unsure:

First off, why does anyone other than yourself have access to your email account?

Secondly, you are still on the waiting list, as far as your forum profile tells everyone.

If you share an email account though, just make a gmail account, they are free and work well.

Log out of the forums and log back in.  If your tag remains "member" then no dice.

Is this an ever-so-subtle(?); albeit, feeble attempt to garner sympathy, and in doing so, wheedle an invite code from someone? I'm pretty sure your ploy will prove ineffective.

did get that feeling but since there are solutions to the problem it will either provide a way to check and/or subvert that attempt

I think it is more about having seen so many subversive ways that anything having to do with codes is going to raise an eyebrow to intent. It was not like he begged for one or even asked for one, but that is something that is always right there. In this case it does not matter because it is easy enough to check on the status should you not have access to your email.

I love the idea behind the development of a game. I mean it's a virtually limitless field. No restrictions, no bars. Just the ability your mind has to create, wonder, explore, and imagine. I mean you can make literally anything! I love that you don't have to own a studio to make one, and that you can be the greatest ever out of your basement, how it connects you to millions yet you might be all alone in real life. It's not just a game when it comes down to it. It's a life that can form into a brand new idea that you never would've imagined, and it doesn't stop, and it never will.

right, but as much as you should trust people on the internet (note sarcasm) there is always that unknown intent, especially around here when it comes to beta keys. So it is nothing against an individual. Again, in this case an answer could be provided (and was) no matter what the intent might have been.
